Simpatico PT is different from traditional outpatient physical therapy.  We are unique in that our Doctors of Physical Therapy have extensive experience in treating patients with neurological conditions like post-stroke, Parkinson Disease, and Multiple Sclerosis.  Our therapists include National Institute of Health (NIH) Stoke Certification and are active in the Parkinson Foundation of the National Capital Area (PFNCA).  Our neurological physical therapy interventions are evidence-based, research-backed, and proven effective.  Our goal is to help our patients maximize their independence.
